Not the Only Thick-Waisted Yogi

Stumbled across this composite of Courtney Love and was pleased to note that becoming physically square is not something that afflicts only the non-rock stars of the world.

THAT IS NOT COURTNEY LOVE!!! Haha, that is Ke$ha. Serious music foul there. Courtney is in excellent shape.

Atha Yoganusasanam?

Well, not quite. I'm no Patanjali and this is just my humble journey as a student of yoga which documents my studies and teaching.

If you live in the Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta area.

I am still teaching Restorative Yoga on Monday evenings 5:30 - 6:45 at The Yoga Room but sadly, The Yoga Room will close its doors at the end of June 2011. There will be a prop sale during the last week for anyone interested.

I have enjoyed it very much, but Josephburg Community Hall Yoga ended on Wednesday, May 4 with a 7 - 8 PM final class. We'll resume classes in late September. (Contact the Josephburg Ag Society for more info/registration).
